ingredients
100ml extra virgin olive oil 100ml groundnut oil 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
directions
Put all the ingredients together in a measuring jug and whisk until emulsified. Pour into a clean bottle, seal and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
