ingredients
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 100ml peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
directions
Put all the ingredients together in a measuring jug and whisk until emulsified. Pour into a clean bottle, seal and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
