ATV2 build for MythTV 0.27

1. first see this link.
2. make sure to get the port correct (6543), otherwise the MythTV DB will be flooded with requests, and thus disable the host
3. in case this happens, as root in pvr, issue 'mysqladmin -uroot -p<unixrootpass> flush-hosts'
